Please take a look at the newest and impressive Furry Friends PSA. This project was truly a collaborative effort between CAMO, Renewal Coalition, and Furry Friends. Furry Friends rescued Phoenix, a terribly burnt dog, and provided veterinary services. Casey DeGeorge, CAMO’s founder, fostered Phoenix during his treatments and long recovery and funded many of the veterinary services as well as his training with CAMO’s excellent trainer Michael Lorraine whom taught Phoenix to be the exceptional service dog he is today. Renewal Coalition identified the perfect wounded warrior and provided his family lodging during the training process. This effort exemplifies the great things that can happen when a community comes together to help others. Thanks for helping our nation’s veterans.
