Chefs Helping Heroes
Our Annual Chefs Helping Heroes Fundraiser powers our mission of assisting our combat injured and ill service members, veterans, and their families. Your continued support makes our retreats possible, providing the much needed healing, renewal and community for those who bravely served in combat. Additionally we are able to work closely with our local VA Medical Center to ensure those veterans receiving inpatient care are not forgotten. Help us keep the promise to those who have sacrificed for us, for our families and for our great nation.
Several of our area’s Top Chefs come together, donating their time, talents, and heart to create an unforgettable evening for our guests to enjoy. All of our guests will indulge in signature dishes prepared live, right before their eyes—a powerful blend of great food and even greater purpose.

Founder of Chefs Helping Heroes
Chef Frank Eucalitto – Cafe’ Chardonnay
Since 1982, Chef Frank Eucalitto has been a culinary pioneer in Northern Palm Beach County. Alongside his wife, Gigi, he has built an extraordinary legacy—establishing seven successful restaurants and a catering company rooted in excellence, community, and hospitality. Under his leadership, Café Chardonnay and its catering services have thrived in Palm Beach Gardens for more than 38 years.
A passionate supporter of his community and our nation’s heroes, Chef Frank is the founder of our Chefs Helping Heroes Dinner, created to benefit the combat injured veterans and their families we serve. Through this annual fundraiser, and through his ongoing generosity, he has helped provide meaningful experiences for our military couples, including welcoming them to Café Chardonnay for memorable, upscale date nights that honor their service.

Today, the silent suffering of our veterans and their families seldom makes headlines. The physical and emotional scars that war has left upon our military must not be neglected. It is through your support, that we continue to bring awareness of these struggles to the community, that we continue to show the appreciation and support that our veterans so humbly deserve.

Chefs Helping Heroes Fundraiser Dinner 2022
Many of our wounded service members and their families must endure intense medical care for wounds of war, both seen and unseen. Military families are often forced to face long periods of unrelenting issues and feelings of isolation. Warriors Renewal Coalition strives to remove our post 9/11 combat injured and ill service members from their medical appointments and rehabilitation and allow them to rest, reset and renew time with their family. The caring environment Warriors Renewal Coalition provides our military families demonstrates to them that they are no longer in their fight alone. There is an entire community among us, who appreciates their service and sacrifices, always standing ready to help.
As a young soldier told us, “He never knew there were so many people so willing to help his family.”
To date, we have provided 100 R & R’s hosting over 1200 military participants. Your generosity has allowed us to expand our program to meet the ever-changing needs of our veterans. Thank you for helping those who have sacrificed so much on behalf of all of us.
