Renewal Coalition is one of the extremely fortunate recipients of support provided by the Jupiter Lighthouse Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Gloria Calhoun, a member of this fabulous organization has been a part of Renewal Coalition since the beginning. She and her dedicated crew prepare the best breakfast in town for our combat wounded service members and their families while they attend our retreats. For more than a century, the Fraternal Order of eagles as had a positive influence on our region, nation and world….and most importantly on our community. Many people do not know that the Eagles among many other things have pushed for the founding of Mother’s Day, pushed to end job discrimination based on age, and are now pushing to find a cure for diabetes. Their motto is: We are the Eagles and we are “People helping People”. Their commitment to our military families is shown every time they step up to help Renewal Coalition and we are very grateful for their continued help and support!
