We had the honor of hosting 14 beautiful caregivers on October 11-15th. The ladies had a fabulous weekend and were able to rest and recharge as they head back home to their wounded veterans and families. The ladies enjoyed a weekend full of delicious comfort food, crafting, high tea, restorative yoga, fishing and sightseeing.
Our 14 caregivers of combat injured veterans were so thankful for this opportunity and appreciated everything that all of our volunteers did for them. They truly felt spoiled during their stay. These ladies made some new friendships and support systems that well help them with their challenges ahead. We could not have done this without the support and dedication of our volunteers who help us bring success to our mission of assisting our Wounded Veterans and their families.
