We were honored to welcome 13 caregivers of critically injured soldiers to our little compound along the Loxahatchee River during our March 2019 Retreat. These women are the epitome of courage and strength. We had such a fun weekend with these ladies as our main priority was to give them a nice relaxing weekend where they can focus on self care. Thank you to all those volunteers who helped us prepare for their arrival. A special thank you to the Flagler Spirit Team and The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum for hosting these ladies for a private tour and tea. We also want to thank Captain Chris and the Pontiki for giving these ladies a wonderful Sunday brunch cruising along the river. These ladies were beyond thankful for this much needed opportunity.
